OnePlus 'Clover' an entry level smartphone with Snapdragon 460 to launch soon

OnePlus has already marked it's entry into upper midrange segment powered by Snapdragon 765G by launching the hyped OnePlus Nord with a price tag of Rs.24,999 ($342) . But it is not stopping OnePlus which offers flagship phones to enter into budget segment.

As per sources it is confirmed that OnePlus is working on an entry-level smartphone and it will launch soon and will be available in global markets including U.S reports Android Central.

The Snapdragon 460 came earlier this year with introduction of A73 Cores - a first in this category.It performs better than Snapdragon 450  and it consists four energy efficient A53 Cores.Also it hosts Adreno 610 GPU which gives 60% better performance than Snapdragon 450.

The phones has lot of similarities with recently launched Oppo A53  unlike Realme C15 which is reported by many websites . OnePlus has been primarily focusing on flagship segment since it's inception , however this year they took their portfolio to mid-range and now to Budget category. People know and Buy OnePlus for it's premium offerings at flagship price but let's see how people accept an OnePlus entry level phone which will fight against likes of Realme and Redmi particularly in Indian Market.

Also late last month OnePlus CEO Carl Pei revealed in an interview that they would bring a "NORD" lite version with Snapdragon 690 . So this sums up to two budget midrange phones from OnePlus  which deviates from usual OnePlus Startegy of launching few models each year.
